In addition to the retreat you will have 5 online coaching sessions with Geke. We will be working with Internal Family Systems, a great way to get to know your inner world and your parts and a great way to help you prepare beforehand and help you integrate your experience afterwards.

You will have 2 online coaching sessions before and 3 online coaching sessions after the retreat.

For the actual retreat arrival is Thursday August 31 between 7 and 9 pm.

Monday morning September 4 we close with a sharing followed by breakfast together. Departure is around 11 am.

An online integration circle through zoom 3 weeks after the retreat will be on Thursday September 21 at 7.30 pm CEST.

The retreat will be led by Geke Dijkstra and guided by an experienced and loving team.

Costs for the retreat including 5 online coaching sessions are € 1375 all included.
