15-19 September: 4 Day retreat including 5 coaching sessions.

In addition to the retreat you will have 5 online coaching sessions with Geke. We will be working with Internal Family Systems, a great way to get to know your inner world and your parts and a great way to help you prepare beforehand and help you integrate your experience afterwards.

You will have 2 online coaching sessions before and 3 online coaching sessions after the retreat.

For the actual retreat arrival is Friday September 15 between 7 and 9 pm.

Tuesday morning September 19 we close with a sharing followed by breakfast together. Departure is around 11 am.

An online integration circle through zoom 2 and a half weeks after the retreat will be on Thursday October 5 at 7.30 pm CEST.

The retreat will be led by Geke Dijkstra and guided by an experienced and loving team.

Costs for the retreat including 5 online coaching sessions are € 1375 all included.
