I feel really grateful for the whole experience, as it allowed me to feel seen, cared for and also provided a safe space for expresing myself and getting in touch with those parts of me, that needed to be seen. The love and presence of the team members worked miracles for me. I also loved all the activities outside of the ceremonies- the yoga with Eva, breathing, sharing, dancing...it all made the process complete. The location was quiet, peaceful and beautiful naturewise. The first day was a great way to build relationships with others while getting to know them a bit better. It was a beautiful start to the ceremonies. What I loved was the caring presence of the team- it really made me feel safe and looked after, so I was not afraid to dive deep. The experiences were intense but not overwhelming, again possibly thanks to the presence of loving guides. I loved the choice of music- it was absolutely beautiful. I loved your confidence and support Geke - it made me feel very safe and looked after. I also loved the kindness, lightness and joy I saw in your eyes, which were also very touching and inspiring. Oh, and I loved your singing and dancing 🙂 <3

Participating in the retreat was a true emotional rollercoaster, but one which has left me wiser and much more aware of my desire to show sensitivity and care to others. I matter, you matter, my feelings and needs matter, your feelings and needs matter was the message that I left the retreat with.

I feel very grateful and overwhelmed by what I experienced during the retreat. I have received a very important lesson. Not what I had as an intention or question beforehand, but so much more and important than I expected. I feel closer to myself and I know very clearly what I have to do and what my focus should be. Geke felt really powerful. she was very grounded, warm, present, in control and naturally made sure the whole team works well, and everyone gets the attention they need.
