Geke is the founder of this space, and works on a single-session basis — you book one session at a time, whenever you feel ready. No packages, just a focused and held conversation when you need it.
Rooted in psychology, Internal Family Systems and transpersonal therapy, and shaped by her own continuing inner journey, Geke has developed an intuitive and deeply attuned way of working. She draws from a rich range of methods, loving the way they interact and enhance each other.

with your spirit
In every one of us is an energy, some call it source, soul, spirit, higher self or Self. This energy is all encompassing, boundless, endlessly resourceful, wise and full of compassion, courage, clarity and confidence.
It resides inside as well as outside of us. It is the energy that connects us all. It is the particle and the wave, the drop and the ocean, the nothing and the all. In Sacred plant teacher ceremonies, many reconnect with this energy, remembering it’s everlasting presence.
You can lose connection to it, it can go into hiding, other parts of you might have “taken over”, protecting the system to their best ability, because it was not safe as a child. But this energy is never gone, it cannot be damaged and there are ways to access and reconnect with this energy again.
When this energy is present, it can hold everything, it is not afraid of anything. It can support you to be with and hold parts of you that feel scared of being overwhelmed, to be with parts that feel sad, unworthy or unloved.
