4 day retreat
With two ceremonies.
– Arrival is between 7 and 9 pm.
– Monday morning we close with a shared breakfast.
– Departure is around 11 am.
– An online integration circle through zoom 3 weeks after the retreat.
– The retreat will be led by Geke Dijkstra and guided by an experienced and loving team.
– Costs for this retreat are € 925 all included.

Online coaching
In addition to the retreat there is the possibility to have online coaching sessions with Geke. We will mainly be working with Internal Family Systems, a great way to get to know your inner world and your parts and a great way to help you prepare beforehand and help you integrate your experience afterwards.
