Our vision is about relating and connecting; first with yourself and from here also with others. The Sacred plant teachers offer profound ways to help you reconnect and remember.
You will find that the more you get to know and start to relate in a loving way to your inner world, deep transformation will happen, and the relations you have with others will profoundly change.
The more you become aware of yourself (your parts with their emotions, their way of reacting, survival mechanisms, your body, your mind, your spirit), the more freedom of choice you will experience.

Geke and her team provide a warm, welcoming and safe setting in which you are able to relax, open up and expand your consciousness; key essentials for deep inner work.
We know that when your system is contracted, transformation and expansion is less easily accessible.
We as a team are capable of carrying our own processes, and we are willing and able to reflect upon ourselves.
We have embodied a firm inner grounding; this will help and invite you to find and embody your own inner grounding. This enables you to take responsibility for yourself and your needs, to set healthy boundaries and to take good care of yourself.
We have deep respect for the Sacred plant teachers and for the inner wisdom and beauty of every human being. We value the pace and rhythm that is needed for each individual process.
Showing yourself in who you truly are, step by step. Welcoming yourself as you are in every moment is such a beautiful and rewarding practice, a practice we can experience when being together during the retreats.

about geke
Geke felt from a young age that there was “more” to life than what we learn in school and what is taught to us by “society”. A deep knowing that is shared with and recognized by almost all participants she works with. What is the meaning of this beautiful and challenging life? What does it mean to be fully human? Where does our soul/heart/body come into the equation, instead of only the mind, reasoning and explaining?
Geke loves being alive, exploring every facet of being human, of being in relation. Embracing that what is, being curious, kind and open. She is passionate about helping people find their essence. About helping them find their unique ways of being in service to themselves, to Spirit, to their communities and to the world.
I truly believe and Know that “in the end, beyond all fears and beyond all identifications, there is no us and them. There is only Oneness and interconnectedness.”
Geke is the founder of the organization. She is a wise, warm and welcoming woman, teacher, therapist and facilitator. Geke is grounded on Earth as well as deeply connected with Spirit. She represents clarity, loving presence and kindness.
People describe her as a natural and serving leader and as compassionate, open-minded, experienced, curious, inspiring, and joyful.
Geke has a degree in Clinical psychology and Transpersonal therapy and is trained in Breathwork, Bodywork, Family constellations, Voice Dialogue and Internal Family Systems (level 1 for psychedelic assisted therapists, and level 2).

- Continue to improve the quality of my work. This can be done by following training courses, team building, but also purchasing material and music to enhance the ceremonies.
